Kristy-Lee had always dreamt of a career in the property industry, contacting every agency on the Sunshine Coast until she successfully landed a full-time role at age 17. Kristy-Lee attributes a large portion of her professional success to the mantra, ‘working with clients, not just for them’. Through obvious passion, extensive local knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills, Kristy-Lee was able to achieve her goal of owning and running a real estate agency before the age of 30.
