As the rent is inclusive of electricity, the owner has requested that the tenant does not use a tumble dryer and to please be mindful when using the reverse cycle air conditioner.
The owner takes care of grounds maintenance and a gardener will blow away debris from pathways on a fortnightly basis.
Because there is potential for sound to travel between downstairs and upstairs, it would ideally suit a quiet person. And preferably someone looking for a long term tenancy.
